Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival to Cairo Upon your arrival at Cairo airport, our representative from Ramasside Tours will be awaiting you with a sign. You will then be transferred by an air-conditioned car to your hotel for an overnight stay in Cairo.

Day 2: Cairo Tour – Mummies Experience – Camel Ride After breakfast, embark on a fascinating tour of the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization, housing over 50,000 artifacts, showcasing Egypt’s history from prehistoric times to the present. Explore the Royal Mummies Hall, an essential area within the museum, containing well-preserved royal mummies such as those of Kings Hatshepsut, Tuthmosis, and Ramses.

Visit the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren & Mykerions, and the Sphinx. Enjoy a camel ride for special panoramic views of the Sphinx & Pyramids. Optionally, attend the Sound & Light show in the Pyramids area in the evening. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 3: Sakkara & Memphis Tour After breakfast, your guide will pick you up for a visit to the Step Pyramids of Zoser, the world’s oldest major stone structure. Continue to Memphis, the first capital of Egypt, founded by King Menes, and see the Statue of Ramses II. Optionally, enjoy dinner on board a Nile cruise for 2 hours, including Egyptian folk shows. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 4: Cairo – Nile Cruise – Luxor Museum After breakfast, transfer to the domestic airport for a flight to Luxor. Visit Luxor Museum, showcasing a brilliant collection of antiquities. Explore the Temples of Karnak and Luxor. Board the Nile Cruise, have lunch on board, and overnight in Luxor.

Day 5: Nile Cruise – King Tut’s Tomb – Valley of Queens Explore the Valley of the Kings, including a visit inside King Tutankhamun’s tomb. Continue to the Valley of the Queens, with a chance to visit the colorful tomb of Queen Nefertari (additional ticket). Visit the Temple of Deir El Bahari of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Lunch on board, and free time in the afternoon. Overnight in Luxor.

Day 6: Nile Cruise After breakfast on board, visit the Temple of Horus in Edfu. Sail to Kom Ombo, have lunch on board, and visit the Temple of Kom Ombo dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris. Afternoon Tea, and overnight in Kom Ombo.

Day 7: Nile Cruise – Nubian Village Breakfast on board, sail to Aswan, and visit the Temple of Philae. Take a motorboat to a Nubian village for an authentic experience of local customs and culture. Lunch on board, and overnight in Aswan.

Day 8: Aswan – Cairo Disembark after breakfast. Optionally, take a trip to Abu Simbel. Transfer to Aswan airport for a flight to Cairo. Arrival and transfer to the hotel. Overnight in Cairo.

Day 9: Alexandria A guided tour to Alexandria, including visits to the Library of Alexandria, Roman Amphitheater, Church of St. Mark, and exploring the old city center. Optional lunch at a fish restaurant or a traditional Alexandrian food place. Overnight stay in Alexandria.

Day 10: Cairo’s Best Kept Secrets After breakfast, transfer to Cairo by an air-conditioned car. Experience the real taste of Egypt with a guided tour to discover hidden gems, local markets, and traditional foods. Explore Old Town, Islamic Cairo, and Al Moez street. Overnight in Cairo.
